Mommy & ME Mat Pilates Workshop
A 4 Week Workshop...this is the cutest class to get in shape while bonding and connecting with your little one. Moms will be practicing Pilates - based exercises to learn how to return to your pre-baby body while playfully holding and interacting with your baby. The emphasis of the class will be deep abdominal strengthening, pelvic floor strengthening and postural awareness.
Moms are welcome to bring to class any baby toys, blankets, etc. to allow the baby to feel comfortable. (Dads are welcome, too!)
Ages 2 to 9 months
When: Wednesdays @ 10:30am
Dates: May 2nd, 9th, 16th & 23rd
