RainDrop Technique/Massage uses a sequence of 9 (Young Living) essential oils that are immune enhancing, support the body's natural defenses, as well as the circulatory, respiratory, endocrine, digestive, nervous, and other body systems.
Teen Sport Massage

Teen Sports Massage is a type of massage designed for highly active teens who engage in athletics. Engaging in sports is harsh on the body and can often lead to injuries in both the short and long term. Teen Sports Massage enhances performance and prolongs a sports career by helping to prevent injury, reduce pains and swelling in the body, relax the mind, increase flexibility, and dramatically improve recovery rates. Sports Massage is also highly effective in aiding the rapid recovery of an athlete from an injury by encouraging greater kinesthetic awareness and in turn promoting the body's natural immune function.
AER-lates or Aerial Pilates is an innovative blend of Pilates, yoga, dance and Pilates reformer inspired movements. The aerial hammock is utilized to assist with proper alignment, core stability and back strengthening exercises. All levels welcome! Approx. 55 minutes

AER-Lates - Aerial Pilates
55 Minutes of pilates movement on the mat and on the aerial hammock. Focusing on core strength, balance, flexibility with an emphasis on self-esteem, self-care and empowerment. Please bring water, small towel and wear comfortable clothes with short sleeves & with no zippers or buttons as they may snag on the aerial silks. Please arrive 10 minutes early!

Stacy Barnes attended Healing Touch School of Massage Therapy in MS and became a licensed therapist in 2009. In 2014 she became licensed in the state of FL. She has been practicing massage for 8 years and practices a variety of modalities which include: Swedish, Deep Tissue, Pre-Natal, Hot Stone, Raindrop Therapy, and Reflexology.
Stacy is a very nurturing and are constantly learning new techniques to be able to give her clients the best service possible.
