Pre=Natal

Pre-Natal Massage is a style of bodywork designed specifically for pregnant women. Pregnancy is a time when a woman's body endures tremendous stress due to dramatic physical and emotional changes. Using various techniques specially developed for the expecting mother, Pregnancy Massage helps release the pain and discomfort experienced throughout pregnancy. The benefits are profound, including emotional support, the relief of joint pain due to extra weight and postural imbalance, and improved breathing and relaxation.

RainDrop Technique

RainDrop Technique/Massage uses a sequence of 9 (Young Living) essential oils that are immune enhancing, support the body's natural defenses, as well as the circulatory, respiratory, endocrine, digestive, nervous, and other body systems.

Teen Sport Massage

(for the young athlete in the family)

Teen Sports Massage is a type of massage designed for highly active teens who engage in athletics. Engaging in sports is harsh on the body and can often lead to injuries in both the short and long term. Teen Sports Massage enhances performance and prolongs a sports career by helping to prevent injury, reduce pains and swelling in the body, relax the mind, increase flexibility, and dramatically improve recovery rates. Sports Massage is also highly effective in aiding the rapid recovery of an athlete from an injury by encouraging greater kinesthetic awareness and in turn promoting the body's natural immune function.

Whether you’ve practiced it for twenty minutes or twenty years, meditation has a positive effect on your well-being. And that’s not just conjecture – mindfulness actually strengthens the part of your brain that deals with anxiety and stress.

You have probably meditated before and not even realized it. Like when you listened to a song and just “zoned out” into the music. Or went for a run in the park and focused only on your next stride and the wind whipping around you. In these moments, your mind and body were synced up – both living in the present.

Like any skill (and meditation is a skill), it takes practice.. Once you’ve relaxed yourself into a state of heightened awareness, you might start to notice some amazing things happening.The tangible benefits of meditation can be felt every day. Our goal is to help you reduce stress, anxiety and chronic discomfort, improve sleep, and overcome that urge to check your Facebook, Instagram & Twitter every other minute. But the ultimate benefit of meditation is mindfulness, a quiet rebellion against the to-do list. Mindfulness meditation is about closing a few of those tabs in your brain’s browser to help you better manage stress. It’s about letting go of the past and putting the future on hold so that we can focus on the present, where life actually happens.

We blend mindfulness techniques, soft music or harmonic sound and aerial hammocks into a multi-sensory experience that helps you reduce stress naturally. The idea that suspension of body aids in the decompression of body (joints), mind & spirit.
Class is approx. 30 min. with 25 min. of meditation.
Please dress comfortable & arrive 10 minutes early
