AER-lates or Aerial Pilates is an innovative blend of Pilates, yoga, dance and Pilates reformer inspired movements. The aerial hammock is utilized to assist with proper alignment, core stability and back strengthening exercises. All levels welcome! Approx. 55 minutes
Mommy & ME Mat Pilates Workshop
A 4 Week Workshop...this is the cutest class to get in shape while bonding and connecting with your little one. Moms will be practicing Pilates - based exercises to learn how to return to your pre-baby body while playfully holding and interacting with your baby. The emphasis of the class will be deep abdominal strengthening, pelvic floor strengthening and postural awareness.
Moms are welcome to bring to class any baby toys, blankets, etc. to allow the baby to feel comfortable. (Dads are welcome, too!)

Pilates for Dressage
This 4 Week Workshop is a specialized Pilates workout on the reformer, tower & mat that helps dressage riders develop the core strength, good posture and muscle flexibility integral to success in the saddle.
Our goal is to improve the harmony between you and your horse, whether you are just a happy hacker or serious competitor. If a horse feels a strong supple body then he/she will mirror and you will be more stable in the saddle and your body will absorb motion in the seat (or hips) not the low back. Approx. 55 min.

Also, enhances performance and prolongs a sports career by helping to prevent injury, reduce pains and swelling in the body, relax the mind, increase flexibility, and dramatically improve recovery rates. We use a combination of both based on client needs.
Our Massage Therapist - Welcome Stacy
Stacy Barnes attended Healing Touch School of Massage Therapy in MS and became a licensed therapist in 2009. In 2014 she became licensed in the state of FL. She has been practicing massage for 8 years and practices a variety of modalities which include: Swedish, Deep Tissue, Pre-Natal, Hot Stone, Raindrop Therapy, and Reflexology.
Stacy is a very nurturing and are constantly learning new techniques to be able to give her clients the best service possible.

Your one hour in the aerial hammock session will be custom designed. Maybe it’s an introductory workout for you and your co-workers or a core-crunching experience for you and the team – it’s your call. You can also request what style of music your prefer to listen to during your party. Pilates Haus will provide mats, water and towels.
Mix and Mingle -
After your one hour private AER-lates session, you will enjoy a 30 minute mix and mingle to cool down and catch up.
