Barre/Mat Pilates Fusion Classes - Studio B
This class is next step after attending the introductory class. It provides the basic fundimentals on which all Pilates levels will build.
A modern approach to Pilates using the reformer, tower, jump board and mat. Prerequisite: This class is for students who have taken a combination of private and group reformer classes.
This is an introduction class to reformer Pilates. Students will be coached on techniques, alignment and core control while building the strength, stamina and repertoire required to participate in Reformer 1/ beginner level Pilates classes. Perfect for the absolute beginner and for those just getting back into practice.
FlowLATES is a fusion of Yoga & Pilates, delivering the ultimate results of integrative breath-synchronized fitness. This combo class builds strength and endurance as well as improves balance, coordination and flexibility. This is a warm class so definitely bring a towel, water & maybe yoga/pilates socks. What to expect:
Getting comfortable with the paddleboard and your environment followed by a beginner's mat Pilates class and then relaxation. Lesson will last about 1 hour and 30 minutes. Appointments available Friday, Saturday & Sunday.
